Spam filters, spam blockers or spam eliminators have one purpose and that is to block, ban, delete unwanted, unsolicited commercial email and prevent them from entering your inbox. Their intentions are good since email is intended for personal communication but often abused by internet marketers and opt-in newsletters.
However, spam filters are a misunderstood little tool for they are merely software that aids and not to demand from it's owner or never to dictate it's owner what is spam or not. Our fault is laziness in way that we have all delegated the task of choosing what and what not to read in our inbox to a software.
Spam filters work in various ways but one common principle is that they isolate spam from not by means of patterns or words or keywords found on your email messages. They do this very fast at lightning speed and we can say that they've already "read" our email messages first before we have ever read it. Some will go into extent that it actually scans the email message and reads it for some spam are mascarading as a personal email but are not. Their real intention is to sell you something.
So this little so-called "intelligent software" will do their "thing" and put messages straight to your spam box/folder or even worst delete it before you can even set your eyes on it. One colleague of mine could not receive email from me because my email ended up in the spam folder. How cruel? A friendship destroyed just because people prevented their brain to think and sided with the spam filter. Spam filters can't give you freebies because it hates the word.
A person or programmer feeds it words like: free, money, cash, opportunity, friend, $, investment, and many more to be filtered or scored out. A certain score was assigned to a word mentioned above and the more the word are mentioned in an email message the more your email message is considered as a spam. So the highest scorer gets straight to the trash.
No person or software can tell me what is spam or not for I have not prevented by the use of my brain. Remember the saying "Another man's trash is another man's treasure.", so it is with spam. "Another man's spam is another man's opportunity.
So, how can you beat these spam filters and get your message across to your intended recipient?
1. Limit or if possible don't use the words: "free, money, cash, opportunity, for a more listing of these scored out words, try sending a message to yourself using either yahoo or hotmail account once it get straight to the trash, chances are you have the banned word.
2. Speak in a foreign language, perhaps, your own native language will do. Majority of spam filters are programmed in English but watch out there are already multi-lingual spam filters out there.
3. Work on your wordings, make it short. Send a test email to your yahoo or hotmail account, if it gets to the inbox, then you can send that email, if not try rewording your message. try my spam tester here:
4. Insert symbols or extra letters in the filtered word, for example instead of saying "free" say it like: "freee", "f.r.e.e.", "F*r*e*e*". I think you get the point. Your message will appear coded bringing us back to the military age of the internet where only the militaries can use the internet.
5. Don't send an email at all, that way it won't be filtered. Try fax machines. Use forum, blogs, rss, i.m. (instant messenger) or desktop alerts.
6. Use a website and post your message there. Email the recipient just the url or web address and let him/her click on it, chances are he/she won't click thinking that the web address is a virus or a trojan.
7. Abbreviate your words like those sent on SMS (short messaging system) or in telegrams or just like in morse codes.
8. Turn your messages into a graphic either a .jpg or .gif will do. Write in a piece of paper and scan it or use a graphic editing software and write your entire message there and save it as .jpg or .gif and send it in an email as file attachments.
Ok, I'll stop there before I become a laughing stock. Now for a very effective way of communication, use desktop alerts, what are desktop alerts? Get to know them and you can download one or two of them here for review: http://www.Nabaza.biz

Anyone who makes money online will tell you that you need to
build an opt-in list. All you do is give away a free ebook,
report or other item of value to get people to subscribe to your
list. It sounds simple and it is.
But once you start building your list, what do you do with it?
Build a relationship with your list members! Tell them a little
about yourself. Send them free valuable content in the form of
articles, ebooks or reports. Let them get to know you, like you
and trust you. Become their friend, someone whose opinion they
value.
After you've built a relationship they'll be ready to buy from
you because they'll trust you to recommend quality products.
It's OK to send them sales messages.
I can hear some of you objecting to that last part...
"I can't do that to my list!"
Let me ask you this... Why do you think everyone says you need
your own list?
The answer... Because they know the meaning of the phrase "the
money is in the list" by seeing it first-hand.
It's a fact that when list owners send out an endorsement email
to their lists, they bring in a tremendous amount of cash from
the mailing... and they create cash on demand any time they want
by sending out an email.
Many list owners sell solo ads, thus the advertisers are paying
to "borrow" the list to make sales. So if you allow others to
"borrow" your list for the purpose of making sales, why
shouldn't you sell products to your list, too?
Which would you rather do - make $10 from selling a solo ad or
send your own endorsement and make hundreds of dollars or more?
I was speaking with a publisher friend recently and he mentioned
selling an occasional solo ad. I asked why he doesn't send his
own sales messages to his list. (I'm on his list so I know he
doesn't.)
His reply was "Not my list. They're so unresponsive!"
"What have you offered?" I asked.
"I tried that software package one time, remember?"
As I recall, the software was offered over a year ago and he
hasn't sent a sales message since then. It's likely his list
wasn't interested in that particular product, but that doesn't
mean they won't buy something else from him. He's been leaving
money on the table all this time.
You must find out what your list members want, then offer it to
them. I guarantee they're buying products from someone. Why not
get them to buy from you?
You can find out what they want by doing a simple survey every
once in awhile. Ask what would make their life easier or help
them get their business off the ground. Find out what they want
to know more about... Google AdSense income, how to create web
sites, etc.
Learn what they want to buy, then sell it to them. It's that
simple and it applies to any niche market. You'll be giving them
what they want, they'll have products they need and everyone
will be happy.
The day of the week, and even the time of day, you send your
messages also affect responsiveness. Many studies have been done
that show the best times and days to send emails, but you should
test your list yourself. Once you discover when they're the most
responsive, stick with that schedule for maximum results.
Your list is pure gold. The key to mining the gold requires some
trial and error, but it's well worth the effort on your part.
And remember, these people joined your list to get quality
information and that includes product recommendations.

Are you looking for some inside information on traffic?
Here's an up-to-date report from traffic experts who should know.
Putting up a company would of course require a lot of things,
to get straight to the point, you need a capital. To make money
requires money as well. But of course, with the versatility the
internet offers, there are many ways you could find that could
help optimize the potential of your site or business in
generating traffic.
While there are ways to jumpstart your traffic flows, many
sites don't have the resources that others have to generate
more traffic for your site. Well, you don't have to spend a cent;
all you need is the proper mindset and a lot of eagerness.
You also must have the drive and perseverance to do hard work
and research to generate more traffic for your site.
How sweet it is to have more traffic for your site without
spending a single cent. Now it's a sure thing that many sites
have articles that offer tips and guidelines in how to generate
traffic using only free methods. Because it is possible, you don't
need to speed a single cent, it may take time, to say honestly,
I'm not going to beat around the bush with you. You get better
chances by paying for your advertisements, but at least you get
a fighting chance with some of these free methods I'm about to
tell you.
Take advantage of online forums and online communities. The great
thing about forums and online communities is that you can target
a certain group that fits the certain demographic that you are
looking for. You can discuss about lots of things about the niche
that you represent or offer. Another great advantage is that you
know what you are getting into and you will be prepared.
With online communities and forums you can build a reputation for
your company. Show them what you are made of and wow them with your
range of expertise about the subject, with that you can build a
reputation and build trust with the people in your expertise and
knowledge.
You can also make use of newsletters. Provide people with a catalog
of your products and interesting and entertaining articles.
If you make it really interesting and entertaining, more people
will sign up for your newsletter and recommend it to other people.
The more people who signs up for your newsletter, the more people
there will be that will go to your site increasing your traffic.
Another great idea is trading links with other sites. You don't
have to spend a cent. All you have to do is reach an agreement
with another webmaster. With exchanging links, the efforts both
sites do will benefit both sites. Every traffic that goes to the
site could potentially click on the link of your site and visit
your site as well. This works well especially when both sites
feature the same niche.
Write articles that could pique the attention of people that have
interest in your product. Try writing articles that will provide
tips and guides to other aficionados. Writing articles that provide
good service and knowledge to other people would provide the necessary
mileage your traffic flow needs.
Many sites offer free submission and posting of your articles.
When people find interest in your articles they have a good chance
of following the track by finding out where the article originated.
Include a link or a brief description of your company with the
article and there's a great probability that they will go to your site.
Write good content for your site. Many search engines track down
the keywords and keyword phrases your site uses and how they are used.
It is not a requirement that a content should be done by a professional
content writer. You could do your on but you have to make content for
your site that is entertaining as well as informational. It should
provide certain requirements as well as great quality.
Generally, internet users use search engines to find what they are
looking for. Search engines in return use keyword searching in aiding
their search results. With the right keywords, you could get high
rankings in search engine results without the costs.
All of these methods and more will drive more traffic to your site for
free. All it takes is a bit of effort and extended man hours. Learn all
you can about the methods depicted here and you will soon have a site
with a great traffic flow without the usual costs that come with it.
That's the latest from the traffic authorities. Once you're familiar
with these ideas, you'll be ready to move to the next level.

Of course new home businesses have some monetary restraints, however that does not mean that marketing should be overlooked. In fact, marketing is the best way to get your company and services noticed and to increase revenue.
So, marketing on a tight budget is really not so difficult because there are many affordable options available. However, if you do not market your business it is practically doomed because you are not giving it the chance to grow. Put forth some serious effort into marketing your home business and you will see the benefits slowly but surely.
The most important thing to do first is to develop a marketing plan. This is
incredibly important because it creates a guide for where your company is and where you want it to go within the marketing realm. Of course, you could hire professionals to create a marketing plan for you, but you can create one yourself just as easily with a little effort and save yourself a considerable amount of money.
Now that you have a plan, set it into action. Make sure, however, you are
being conscious of costs because while marketing can be very expensive, the same exposure can be cheap as well. You need to be creative, but you can market inexpensively.
Some tried and true marketing strategies include newspaper ads, television commercials, phone book ads, billboards, web pages and other expensive media outlets. The trick here is to find a way to gain the exposure of these outlets without having to actually buy the advertising space. Depending where you live might also affect this a bit, but it is certainly doable. For instance, call your local newspaper and explain you are a new business offering these services and are interested in being listed in the business section.
Many times, business editors of newspapers are looking for new businesses to feature so it is more than likely you can get a free story about your business that isconsiderably larger than an ad, read by more people and is absolutely free. Thesame thing goes for the news media. When it comes to buying large ads in the yellow pages, it generally does not pay off to begin with. You will want to concentrate your efforts in other areas first, and if you can afford to buy yellow page space later that is up to you.
When it comes to Web pages, evaluate your business to see if it is truly
applicable to you. If so, it is worthwhile to put the effort into creating a web
page and fortunately there are hundreds of free web hosting companies out there that will host your site at no charge.
The most important thing when it comes to home business marketing on a tight budget is to identify your market, and then market to them via inexpensive or free methods they will respond to. If you know your market, you will know how to get their attention. Be creative and realize that good effective marketing does not have to be expensive; it just needs to be creative.

If you don't have discipline then walk away from the idea of being rich. You see, getting rich without discipline is relying on the lottery or your favorite pony ambling past the finish line in front. And how likely is that...?
The idea of wealth retention is what you have to consider and grasp firmly. That must be the goal of any strategy. Get it and keep it. Sounds simple
but the average Joe gets it and spends it - on stuff, dreams, hopes, scams, bum ideas, and so on.
Those guys who get the idea of "get it and keep it" are the ones who gain wealth. Even a person of modest means can do this. Consider this - most people who have aspirations of gaining wealth have an income. If they don't have an income I'm going to suggest that food and shelter are probably foremost in their minds.
So let's assume that the guy who aspires to be wealthy has an income. If he stuffs some cash in a box every time he gets paid his salary, and keeps it there he is already gaining wealth. He has accumulated an asset he never had before. Average Joe says - "lets put cash in the box next week - we'll buy take out this week".
Sounds crazy huh - but it's true.
The second step in being wealthy is discipline.
The second step .... what happened to the first?
The first step ..... You have to choose to be wealthy - or have stuff. More on that another day. Think about it.

The main function of liver is to convert food to energy and produce chemicals and enzymes necessary to burn fat.
Liver stores iron reserves and vitamins and minerals and makes bile to digest food. It also manufactures cholesterol.
It filters and detoxifies alcohol, wine, harmful drugs, stores energy or glucose and removes the poisons and toxins that you breathe.
Your liver is the key organ responsible for breakdown of fat.
It is a common fact that large percentages of overweight people have malfunctioning livers.
The liver produces bile, a byproduct of blood filtering. Bile leaves the liver and is stored in the gall bladder.
When fat is eaten, the gall bladder releases bile to emulsify the fat into tiny droplets.
Without bile, fat digestion is impossible.
Since the liver is the key organ for fat digestion you must make an effort to keep the liver in very good health if you want to loose fat.
You can take care of your liver in the following manner.
Avoid unnecessary drugs.
Avoid alcohol.
Dont mix alcohol with drugs and medication.
Please be careful when using aerosol cleaners, wear a mask if possible.
Increase intake of high-fibre foods such as fresh fruits & vegetables, whole grains, breads, rice and cereals.
Avoid rich desserts, snacks and drinks.
Avoid steroids as it causes fatty liver.
If you need a natural solution for rejuvenating your lever, I recommend Aloe Vera to you.
Aloe Vera has been highly recommended by Ayurveda for rejuvenating the cells of the lever.
You must be aware that the extract of Aloe Vera has been used world wide by the cosmetic industry for rejuvenating skin cells.
Ayurveda practitioners have utilized the same cell rejuvenating property of aloeVera in India since ages.
Aloe Vera is a plant belonging to lily family that grows upto 2-3 feet tall. This plant grows mainly in hot climates.
The gel in the leaves is used for internal consumption.
Aloe Vera gel supplies the nutrients required by the internal organs of the body and speeds up the healing process. It contains the following nutrients:
Vitamins B12, C, E And Beta carotene.
Enzymes, the life force of any living being, helps to digest the foood.
Contains 20 essential Amino acids required by the body as the essential building blocks for protein.
Contains minerals like iron, manganese, potassium, calcium, chromium, copper, zinc, magnesium.
Contains powerfull anti-inflammatory agents known as plant sterols.
Contains Lignin, this is a woody substance which allows Aloe to penetrate the skin.
Salycylic acid in Aloe acts as an anti-inflammatory which helps to break down the dead tissues.
Contains natural pain killers known as Anthraquinones.
Saponins are the soapy substances which have anti microbial action.
Aloe Vera strengthens the bodies immunity and gets rid of all the sludge and waste material from areas of the bowel and liver. It supplies the liver with all the required nutrients and regulates its functioning and repairs it from inside.
Once the liver starts its normal function, fat dissolves automatically.

This was news to me. It might be news to you too:
MP3 is NOT free to use if you're an online publisher. BUT - let me be clear - there are some opt-outs. It appears you don't have to pay any license fees if:
It's for personal use or non commercial reasons (not generating income). OR - if your company revenue is below $100,000 a year.
Now, these rules might change of course. Make sure to check these yourself and ensure you're up to date by visiting mp3licensing.com for full details.
However, when there's alternatives I don't see why anyone publishing audio online would want to or should publish in MP3 format.
So what's the best alternative? Well - it's all about OGG.
Okay, a slightly strange name. Here are the facts:
OGG is just as high quality as MP3.
OGG is just as quick to download as MP3.
OGG is open source - this means no fees due, ever (for full details on OGG visit vorbis.com).
The only current downside of OGG is that it isn't as widely supported by audio players as MP3.
BUT - I'm convinced this will change. As more and more online publishers say "No!" to paying hefty and unnecessary licensing fees, more and more audio will be published online in OGG format, meaning more and more audio players will support OGG.
So if you're currently publishing audio online in MP3 format, what does this mean for you?
Well, my advice is to convert your audio from MP3 format to OGG format, without delay.
Now I'll admit it can be a little bit time consuming, but once it's done, it's done. And would you rather make a little effort to convert your audio, or pay licensing fees year after year?
So how do you convert MP3 to OGG? Easy - use an audio converter. You'll find a ton of high quality free ones by searching download.com and also sourceforge.net. My personal favorite is WinLAME (awful name, great software) from winlame.sourceforge.net.
So use WinLAME to convert your MP3 to OGG. Pay attention to keeping the MP3 and OGG files around the same size (I've actually found OGG files to be slightly smaller). And then compare the audio quality. I'll be surprised if you can find any difference between them.
Now this conversion process might take a while. For about six hours of audio it took my computer at least a couple of hours of processing time. But I just left the computer to it and came back when it was done. You can even leave this process running overnight if you have a lot of audio to
convert.
Now here's an extra snippet you need to pay attention to:
Some OGG audio has "Tags". Tags are extra information inside the audio file which often includes the name of the song for example.
At this time (this will probably change) some audio players have trouble playing OGG with "Tag" information in them. So take the tag information out. It's easy and doesn't affect the audio in any way - here's how you do it:
Download "MP3Tag" from mp3tag.de/en/. Install the software, and start it up. Then just choose to "Remove All Tags" from your OGG files. This process takes literally two minutes but is very important.
Now after you've converted and de-tagged the OGG audio, you'll need to upload it to your server of course.
Then you'll have to change all your download links. This is fiddly, but needs to be done. For example - you would need to change all your links from:
www.domain.com/folder/audio.mp3
To:
www.domain.com/folder/audio.ogg
Then test every download link to make sure it's working correctly.
Important Note: Don't forget about the audio you've got in Zip files too. You'll need to recreate those Zip files with OGG audio instead of MP3 audio and re-upload them.
If you're not sure where all the MP3 and Zip files are on your websites, here's an easy way to list them:
Now, this only works on Unix-based servers (which covers Linux servers, FreeBSD...etc - ask your web host if you're not sure)...
This is pretty advanced so don't do this if you're not comfortable with the process. Or ask your web host to do it for you if they're happy to do that:
You need to Telnet into your server and then type the following:
find . | grep mp3 > allmp3
Then type:
find . | grep zip > allzip
This will then give you two files on your server: allmp3 & allzip
Download these files and take a look at them in a text editor. They'll show you the path of every MP3 and Zip file on your server so that you can quickly and easily find which files you need to convert to OGG. Dead handy.
Okay - so after you've converted and uploaded the audio, you'll need to change the text around the download links. You'll need to take out any mention of "MP3" from your website.
I don't suggest replacing it with "OGG" on a sales page for example since that will probably confuse people. Just replace "MP3" with "downloadable audio" or "high quality downloadable audio".
And then on your download pages mention that the audio is in OGG format which is just as high quality as MP3 and just as quick to download. Then link to a couple of audio players that you know for a fact support OGG.
The audio players I personally mention are Winamp from winamp.com and Quintessential Player from quinnware.com.
Important Note About Winamp: As I write this only the Full version (not the Lite version) of Winamp supports OGG successfully. So make sure to tell your visitors to download and install that version. It's still free though
so your visitors won't have to spend any extra money just to listen to your audio.
And that's pretty much all the steps needed to convert your published audio from MP3 to OGG, which can save you a small fortune in licensing fees without compromising audio quality or speed of download.

New marketers commonly believe a good way to promote their new website and become indexed with search engines, it is necessary to submit your site to the search engines. This is fiction, and falls under the same general category as Get Rich Quick schemes.
While submission to search engines used to be beneficial to getting your website indexed, and even necessary, five and ten years ago, submitting to search engines no longer has value. Major search engines wanted more comprehensive and independent data, and developed their own technology in the form spiders and crawlers. All major search engines now have the capacity to effectively search the web continuously and find new websites, plus evaluate the content and value. All major search engines now rely completely on their own technology. So, submission to a major search engine has either no impact, or even possibly a negative impact.
However, minor search engines do still accept website submissions, but not to build their data base, as you might think. The blunt truth is that minor search engines get increased traffic to their own site in the form of site submissions. You might spend your time and effort, but for what result? No one really uses smaller search engines for searching.
Then we get to the topic of search engine submission services. A few may provide a service of value, but many of these know that their service is a waste of time and money. But as long as people are willing to sign up, submission services will exist. These services will tell the inexperienced marketer that frequent submission is essential. And since most of the services do charge a small fee, this can provide a nice income for them, from your money. And while your website might get submitted to the minor search engines, but smaller search engines do not get used for searching. So there may be limited or even no real search index benefit.
Also, many new marketers are not aware that email harvesting is a major business for many small or minor search engines and also many search engine submission services. In fact, some small search engines only exist to collect data to sell as high quality email leads. Data bases contain your name, email, IP address, etc., and your information is sold as quality leads, over and over. After all, the new marketer is obviously interested in online marketing, and considered a high quality lead. So you eagerly provided, or even paid, to have your information sold repeatedly and provide them with a good source of revenue. But your website traffic does not increase. However, now your email account gets bombarded with online offers claiming you opted in to receive their information, and you do not know how your information was shared or released.
Some people are even aware of all these facts, but mistakenly believe that because the practice of submitting to search engines creates an inbound link to their website, this method is effective. Any links created are very low value, and major search engines recognize this fact. Quality links have always been the most important factor, and that will never change. To believe otherwise is just rationalization, or wishful thinking.
Finally, consider the long term efforts of your investments, whether as time, effort or money. Focus your efforts and energies on quality development and promotion methods, which will provide quality links, and quality traffic. There are no short cut methods to long term success. Start now to make your efforts reflect your true goals of long term success.

Without doubt, understanding what a customer's wants and needs are is one of the most important aspects of running a business. You must know your customer. For the most part your customer will buy on emotion, especially for products or services that are not a necessity and where there are a number of suppliers for the same item. Understanding and defining why your customer shops the way they do is your key to success.
There may be a number of factors that are common amongst your target audience for your business service or product. By researching and finding out what these are, you will be able to see what areas you can focus on where there is a need, and what areas will not interest them. Write down what your ideal customer will looks like, behaves like and wants from you. Seeing your business through their eyes will help to highlight your strengths and any weaknesses you might have.
Where can I find information about my customer?
There are a number of resources that you can access at LITTLE OR NO COST to you, that can help provide accurate impressions on your customer and their buying habits. Also, these resources will help you define and research potential markets that you had not yet considered for your business.
Firstly, research and access all the SECONDARY data that you can. Secondary data is data that has been gathered by someone else for a different and specific purpose. Often, this data contains information that you can utilize and apply to your own needs. For example, the research may relate to how people spend their money in the home, and you may want to know what people and how much they spend on tools for the shed. This secondary data could well provide the information on the amount they will spend, where they will shop and why, and what type of customer will do the shopping.
Places and Sites that you can visit to begin gathering secondary data:
* Ibis World (http://www.ibisworld.com/) - The IBISWorld US Industry Reports provide you with immediate access to vital information on 100's of industries. They are continually adding more industries to eventually cover the entire economy in depth.
* LibrarySpot.com (http://www.libraryspot.com/) - a free virtual library resource center for educators and students, librarians and their patrons, families, businesses and just about anyone exploring the Web for valuable research information.
* Internet Public Library (http://www.ipl.org/) - The Internet Public Library (IPL), is a public service organization and learning/teaching environment full of information and resources to help educate you.
* US Census Bureau (http://www.census.gov/) - The Census Bureau serves as the leading source of quality data about the nation's people and economy, providing the best mix of timeliness, relevancy, quality, and cost for the data they collect and services they provide.
Having gathered any secondary data available, you might find that you still need some information relating to your customer and niche market. The best way to do this is to gather what is called PRIMARY data information that you gather for your own purposes. There are a number of ways that you can do this. For example, you might choose to call people out of the phone book and ask them to complete a survey over the phone. You also might choose to go to the local shopping complex and interview people you meet. This second idea is very useful if your product is something that is already sold through retail outlets, as you can talk direct to customers that could become your customer in the future!
If you have never written a survey before, visit the site below as a great starting point:
* How to Write a Good Survey http://www.accesscable.net/~infopoll/tips.htm - this site has a description of each step in writing a survey, and some useful links and further articles about the gathering of information by using surveys.
Don't be afraid of gathering your own information - it can prove to be an invaluable exercise. Not only do you gain a more complete understanding of the needs of your customer, but you increase your own knowledge and understanding of the marketplace. This places you in a better situation when building and expanding your business.

When you start sharing the fascinating list facts below,
your friends will be absolutely amazed.
One of the powerful tools in online "email" marketing is
to build an opt-in mailing list. An opt-in mailing list is a
database of peoples' names and email addresses that have
subscribed to an email list via a web form giving that list
owner permission to send them periodic emails on the topic they
are interested in. The best gift of this powerful tool is the
possibility of being able to talk to people who are particularly
interested in your product, service or organization.
This gaining popularity of building opt-in mailing list is
known as Permission Email Marketing.
There are do's and don'ts in starting your opt-in mailing list.
Here are some of the most important tips worth mentioning:
DO'S
1.Put a subscription form prominently on your website. You can
create your own subscription form using a software Sign-Up to's
form builder.
2.Inform people that they can subscribe to your email list on
the signature of your normal work emails. This will enable it to
link straight through the form on your website.
3.Ask people permission if they do want to be subscribed on your
mailing list. As much as possible avoid being suspected for SPAM.
4.Open options for subscription especially during your interactions
with them. Always be ready with your subscription cards if you run
in on events.
5.Be clear on how people can benefit from subscribing and how
often will you contact them. Make them know exactly what they
will be receiving.
6.If you can, contact new subscriber as soon as you can. Welcome
them with notes and tell them what to expect.
Truthfully, the only difference between you and list experts is time.
If you'll invest a little more time in reading, you'll be that much
nearer to expert status when it comes to list.
DON'T
1.Add everyone who has ever emailed you to your list. Always
ask permission first.
2.Purchase lists that you are not 100% sure that are opt-in. Always
have an evidence to prove the legitimacy of the opt-ins.
3.Abuse people's trust. This is a sure way to ruin your brand and
you. Soon enough they will ignore your messages.
Building your opt-in mailing list is cheaper than in sending direct
mails. Printing, envelopes and paper used as material further
add up to the cost. Here are some ways to effectively start your
opt-in mailing list:
1.Free Newsletter. One of the most effective ways to build an opt-in
list is to offer your online visitors freebies of value such as
newsletter which will contain information that they can relate to
such as tips, tools, recipes, travel itineraries and others.
2.Make it Easy to Subscribe. Provide easy steps for subscription
so that subscribers may find it easy to do so and would not be
discourage. For more subscribers, tell them the exact benefits they
can get out of the subscription.
3.Quality Content. Be sure that what is written inside the newsletter,
freebies and information found in your website are all of value to
increase visitors dropping by your website.
4.Forums. Discussion boards and forums are all over the net. Try
to actively participate in these boards especially those in the line
of your interest or your business. Try to build your reputation
with credibility.
5.Write articles. This makes you an instant expert in your chosen
field of interest. You just have to play on it and use it well in
your business goal.
6.Co-registration. A very effective way to build a monster list in
a very short time.
7.Write an e-book. An excellent freebie for those who visited and
subscribe in your mailing list. The e-book does not have to be
expensively made or elaborate but it can be a compilation or a
collection of best articles, business tips and resources.
In building opt-in mailing lists always keep in mind to offer something
of value to your prospects. Remember opt-in lists are the foundations
of most profitable internet business so do not miss chances for
improvement and developing new strategies.
Having an opt-in list is not easy, it is hardwork but with some
relieving advantages too. But to build an opt-in mail list has to be
focused and effective in truly capturing the desired target. Take a
look at these 10 Quick Easy Steps to Building A Highly Targeted and
Responsive Opt-in List.
1.Choose your target market or niche. Remember you are not the only
one competing in internet marketing; you have to be sure who your
internet marketing is.
2.Be sure that you can reach your target audience online.
3.Do not waste on time on a non-profit investment or spending.
Always monitor your spending.
4.Forums and discussion boards are available for maximum use.
Find your target market problems.
5.Identify what is keeping your customers from getting what they
want and help them get it.
6.Try offering your viewers solving some of their problems.
7.Set up a simple direct response mini-site.
8.Get an auto-responder account. It is important for you to acquire
and set this thing up because this is where your visitors will come.
9.Bait your potential customers through giveaways like: ebooks,
special reports, mini courses and coupons, etc.
10.Reach out in any way you can to your target market.
Opt-in building is a tedious work but with amazing results. The
process of building it takes time and effort but persists. Always
treat your "find" as a goldmine so that you will offer them the best
deals in the market, those with great quality and value. Doing all
these, would earn you credibility and a profitable business on the
Internet.
Now you can understand why there's a growing interest in list. When
people start looking for more information about list, you'll be in a
position to meet their needs.

Marketing products and services through the Internet is unquestionably easier and more rewarding compared to traditional marketing methods. With the millions of people worldwide getting online each day, there's an enormous possibility for a merchant to sell his products and generate huge income.
However, merchandisers are not the only ones who can benefit from online marketing. A booming industry nowadays, provides great opportunity as well to individuals as affiliate marketers. In affiliate marketing, an affiliate marketer doesn't need to have his own products and services to sell. All he needs to do is to refer people to the merchant's business site for them to buy the products and thereby, earn a commission.
The key to an affiliate marketer's success is to choose a good affiliate program and to employ excellent marketing techniques in promoting or selling the products to consumers. Why good and not the best affiliate program? There is no "best affiliate marketing program," as one program might make one affiliate marketer a millionaire and the other a frustrated marketer. In other words, it can be a success to one and a failure to another. But there certainly is a good affiliate marketing program to start with. How to make it best would now depend on you.
But before you think how you are going to make it best and financially rewarding, first think about how you are going to land on a good affiliate program with the thousands of affiliate marketing opportunities abounding in the Internet today. Try to look into the following tips and suggestions on how to best select the affiliate program that's right for you.
Information, that's you need in order to make the right choice. It is helpful when you have already focused your search to a specific interest, which may be the theme of your website (if you already have one). In this way, you would be able to direct yourself towards a program that really matches your needs, wants and resources. It would be easier for you to eliminate options that are not suited to your own criteria for a good affiliate marketing program. You can join affiliate forums and learn some tips and get suggestions from experienced affiliate marketers. However, be wise enough to weigh their ideas before you buy them.
The Internet Affiliate marketing program networks are good places to look for choices. Here, merchants and affiliate marketers like you meet. The merchants advertise their affiliate programs to interested affiliates who sign up in the network for free. Third party affiliate program networks are helpful since they provide you with access to a large number of advertisers (merchandisers) simultaneously. You can easily track and compare their sales records, performances, benefits, products and services.
So now you have choices, the next question is which among those options is the right one. Here are some things to consider in deciding which to take and which to reject. First is the quality of the products and services. As an affiliate marketer your goal is not only to make visitors of your site click the link to the business site; but more importantly, to promote the product so they would buy it. If the customers are not convinced upon going to the business site, then you don't earn. Make sure the products you are endorsing are worthwhile or in the business context, saleable. Ask yourself: if I were the customer, would I buy it? Would I recommend it to my family or good friend? If you can't convince yourself or your family and friends to buy it, take a look at your next option.
Another is the affiliate program or the merchandiser's history. Look into their previous and present sales data, their proven and tested affiliate marketing systems and their partners' experiences with them. Although, success of the program really depends on you, this one is still very important. The sales records don't only show how good the affiliates are, but they speak about the products' reliability, market availability and the company or the merchandisers' reputation as well. Moreover, look into and carefully study the company's compensation plan. Your purpose for joining the program is to earn, so make sure you'll be paid for all your efforts fairly.
If you do not have much time to promote intensively the affiliate products by creating banners, graphics and articles, choose affiliate programs that help you create these for your web site. It would be great if the company provides training on how to effectively market products online. Remember that affiliate marketing is a partnership, so make sure your partner is able to support you as you help him promote his products and services.
Take down all the advantages and disadvantages of each program you are considering so you can clearly see the difference among your options; then later, compare the advantages of the programs with your own checklist. Take time to gather all the info you need to choose the right program. Remember an informed choice is the best choice.

Website Tips and Tricks
Authored By Lynn Harris
(1) Use a "P.S." at the end of your ad copy. This is
where you either want to repeat a strong benefit
or use a strong close, like a free bonus. For example,
"P.S. You can get (product), worth over ($), for
the low price of ($)!" Another example, "P.S. I can
not guarantee the bonuses will be here tomorrow!"
(2) You could end your ad copy with a discounted
price. Just list your regular price and then offer a
discounted price off the order 'right now'. You
could also offer a rebate that takes effect instantly.
For example, you could say, "Instead of paying $99,
you could order now and get an instant rebate of
$20 - you only pay $79!"
(3) You could end your ad copy with a free sample
or trial of your product. If your ad didn't attract
them to buy, maybe a free sample or trial would. If
you were selling an e-book, you could give them a
free sample at the end of your ad copy. For example,
you could say, "If you're still not sure about ordering,
download a FREE sample chapter!"
(4) Motivate people to buy your product. Tell them
positive things. For example, you could say, "You
can now reach your goals and change your life if
you buy our product." If you come across positive
in your ad copy, they will become positive about
reaching their goals using your product.
(5) Get your sales letters and web site evaluated for
free. Visit business discussion boards and ask other
participants to evaluate them. Don't get discouraged
if someone gives you a lot of negative feedback
about your web site. Most people are only trying to
help you. Take the criticism constructively.
(6) Get your products or services evaluated for free.
You can give your product for free in exchange for
evaluations and even testimonials. You will find out
any problems with your product before you sell it.
You might also discover new uses or selling points
for your product too.
(7) Keep your loyal customers happy because they
are your future profits. Give them discounts and
free gifts as often as possible. If you are thoughtful
and loyal to your customers, most of them will be
your customers forever. They will make up about
80% of your business and profits.
(8) Make your products sell quickly by adding a lot
of bonuses. You could get the free bonuses for little
or no cost by joint venturing with other businesses.
You could go to the "freebies" directories and find
things. Then you could ask the legal owner's
permission to use the item as a free bonus for your
product.
(9) Promise your readers an end result or outcome
in your ad. You must give them a solid guarantee
that your product will solve their problem. For
example, you could say, "I personally guarantee you
will get over your shyness in 10 days or less or your
money back."
(10) Give your customers free shipping. If you can't
afford that, you can give free shipping to customers
who buy over a certain dollar amount to raise profits.
You could also charge other businesses for inserting
ads in your product package. This will make up for
your free shipping losses.
(11) Increase the perceived value of your free things
or bonuses by including the retail dollar amount the
freebies would normally sell for. For example, you
could say, "Bonus 1# Marketing Tips Newsletter
(a value of $120)." Another example, "Get 7
Bonuses With A Retail Value Of $345! That more
than pays for your purchase!"
(12) Never assume people believe the information in
your ad copy. You need to back-up all your claims
with indisputable evidence. For example, you could
include testimonials, expert endorsements, third party
tests or studies, strong guarantees, a list of customers,
pictures of customers, etc.
(13) Clone your advertisements all over the Internet
by allowing your visitors to give your online freebies
away. Just include your ad somewhere inside them.
You could also start an affiliate program and pay
people commissions to run your ads. You could also
give your affiliates viral marketing tools to use like
e-books or articles.
(14) Start a free e-mail newsletter to create your own
opt-in list. Create a title that grabs the reader's
attention. Submit it to free e-zine directories on the
Internet. Advertise it on your web site. Offer a freebie
or other incentive for people to subscribe. Give your
readers mostly original and quality content.
(15) Sell a few back-end products that are not related
to your main product but are needed by all humans.
Every customer that buys from you is human. Think
about it - everyone eats, right? For example, you
could say, "Free Bonus 1# A Free $30 Dollar
Coupon To The Restaurant Of Your Choice!"
(16) Make more commissions from the affiliate
programs you join by giving your own endorsements
for the products. They usually pull more sales than
ads. For example, you could say, "This e-book sent
chills up my spine! I highly recommend buying it!"
Another example, "All I have to say is, 'Wow! It's
that good!'"

Ray Kroc, founder of McDonald's Corp., did not set out to sell Big Macs. His
introduction to hamburgers came in the early 1950's while he was peddling milk shake machines.
A San Bernadino restaurant run by two brothers, Dick and Maurice "Mac" McDonald were using a number of the machines to keep up with the huge demand for milkshakes.
It was here that Kroc saw a golden opportunity for lot's of milkshake machine orders if only they had more restaurants! Kroc offered to open and run the restaurants, and in 1955 opened the first McDonald's in Des Plaines, IL. He bought out the McDonalds brothers for $2.7 million in 1961.
Ray Kroc understood one important fact about business that most of us simply miss. The fact is, that you will make far more money by "duplicating" your efforts over and over again in a mutually beneficial way, than by trying to due it all by yourself. Ray went out of his way to find qualified individuals to run and manage his restaurants, and after training them all at "Hamburger University", took a small profit from each restaurant.
This "duplication" allowed McDonald's to enjoy exponential growth over the years.
There are now over 24,500 McDonald's restaurants in 115 countries around the world!
In today's world, Ray Kroc might be looked upon as an early MLM'er. He recruited owners and managers to run his businesses, he provided them with a product, he trained them to "duplicate" his efforts (through the use of 'Hamburger University"), and he took a small percentage of the profits from each restaurant.
If they did not succeed, he did not succeed. No McDonald's restaurant has ever failed. (A tribute to the exceptional support system Ray Kroc implemented)
Unlike MLM's, however, the recruiting aspect of the McDonald's business was reserved strictly for Ray Kroc. Restaurant owners were not allowed to franchise themselves. If they had been allowed to franchise themselves, the McDonald's Corporation quite possibly would be much larger than it is today because of faster exponential growth.
In the MLM business, this faster growth can be achieved because each and every business owner in the network can franchise themselves. This is the "extension" if you will, of franchising.

Many web site owners are getting their Google Adsense account terminated. I read on the forums almost daily posts from people who are bemoaning the fact that Google has terminated their account when they feel they have done nothing wrong to deserve the punishment. In almost every case, click fraud is the reason for termination.
Click fraud is the act of clicking on ads for the purpose of costing the advertiser money. It is simply the same as paying out cash for false leads. Many website owners are aware of this fraud, and share the same sentiment that this is the one big problem that Adsense is facing.
How do you prevent yourself from being involved in this fraud?
The majority of web hosts offer access logs. If you are notified of click fraud and possible termination of your account by Google, it is necessary that you hand over these logs to them to clarify your situation. This allows them to look for any suspicious activity on your site. Problems like this are very serious and giving it to them is a show of good faith that you want to help Google in any way you can to attempt to solve the problem.
It can also help if you have a click monitoring software. There are many good programs available, but it is important that you get a program that has no limitations. there are free programs available, but I would suggest that you get a script from a certified expert in this field. I highly recommend using William Bontrager's script, available at http://bontragercgi.com/programs/clickwatch. Mr Bontrager will install this script on one site for you after the purchase of the software, and will show you how to add the script to other sites. Free scripts are also available on the Internet if you are limited in funds. Remember, you get what you pay for. As usual, all the information you will receive from your tracking software should be turned over to Google. This is showing Google that you too are fighting against click frauds and is in no way a part of it.
Study your server logs and watch for any activity that seems suspicious. Report anything that you may find odd, may it big or small thing. Look for large spikes in traffic, and suspicious activity in files and folders where people would not normally have access to. Remember, that when working on your site, that you will access these files and folders. It is suggested you track these by noting the time of activity. A little work on your part will save you a lot of grief in the long run.
You may want to consider disabling ads for your own IP address and local geographic area. This will certainly prevent accidents and will not make Google mistake another user as you. You can do through the htaccess file on your web site. the process is too detailed to go into further here, but if you do a search on the engines to learn ways to access and disable portions of this log, a lot of information is readily available. By doing this, and showing Google that you have done so, you protect yourself against any possible threat from Google.
Keep your Adsense off on pop ups and pop unders. Your ads should not be displayed on content sites that promote illegal activity or tampering of the legal rights of other people or business. Included in this are the content that is considered adult or gambling in nature, or promote firearms, tobacco, or drugs of any kind. If you think that you may be breaking this rule, immediately remove your content or Adsense from the web page.
Be truthful and confess up to Google about times when you might have clicked on your own ads, whether accidentally or intentionally. Be honest about anything that you may have done that is wrong. Confessing is way better than Google learning about it eventually. It would mean eventual termination and no getting back what you have worked so hard for.
Do not tell your family or friends about Adsense on your website. Chances are they may start clicking on them to help you make money without you knowing it. They may be doing more harm to you than help by trying it in the first place.
Most pay per click networks have different measures in hand to protect website owners against click frauds. Other search engines can track more than 50 data points, IP address, browser's information, user's session info and pattern recognition. They also have "systems" available that detects fraud, not to mention the specialized teams monitoring how things are going and helping advertisers stop click frauds. Google has some of the best brains in the business, and it does no one any good to try to "fool" them. In addition to the algorithms that Google has in place, they also employ regular people to surf the net to find illegal sites.
Google offers suggestion on how to avoid click fraud. Using "negative keywords" can be used to keep your Adsense showing on products and services that are in no way related to yours. Add tracking URLs to your links so you can track the traffic coming from Google.
Don't be caught in the Google click fraud. The opportunity to make a very decent income is readily available if you use common sense, do not try to cheat Google, and follow their Terms of Service. If you do these things, maybe some day you too can be a member of the FedEx Club!
Visit our website http://www.for-the-record.biz for more information on Google Adsense and many other related articles for your growing internet business.

Is there a connection between Fast food and obesity?
The answer to the above question is a big yes! Research scientists say that:
"Fast foods increase the risk of obesity in regular consumers by encouraging intentional overeating."
Fast food and obesity are closely linked. Studies have shown that fast foods are very high in energy density (the amount of calories different foods contain weight for weight) and these high density foods can cause people to accidentally eat more calories than they need.
A typical fast food meal has an energy density 150% more than an average traditional meal. A fast food meal contains many more calories than a similar-sized portion of a healthy meal.
Many supermarket ready-meals and convenience foods are also very energy dense. To stem the tide of obesity, it's important that we don't just swap one unhealthy meal for another.
Fast foods also contain high amount of sodium(salt), oil, refined sugar and refined flour which are no good to the body. This combination of the foods is the most health harming and causes obesity.
Ayurveda medical science says that refined sugar causes obesity, acidity, dental cavities, osteoporosis, high cholesterol levels, migraine, kidney deseases etc. and leads to metabolic disorders.
Fried fast foods cause acidity and indigestion. Refined flour is made by removing the outer cover of the grain. This reduces the nutritional value of the grains by removing fibre. Foods deficient in fibre give rise to constipation and irregular bowel habits.
Many diet and weight loss programs which advice fast foods for weight loss are greatly mistaken in their approach. You are advised to always keep away from such fad diet plans.
Health and weight loss can be easily achieved by following a healthy weight loss program which recommends lots of health foods like fresh fruits, vegetables etc. in your daily diet.

A shepherd was herding his flock in a remote pasture when suddenly a brand-new BMW advanced out of a dust cloud towards him.
The driver, a young man in an Armani suit, Gucci shoes, Ray Ban sunglasses and YSL tie (Corb), leans out the window and asks the shepherd, "If I tell you exactly how many sheep you have in your flock, will you give me one?"
The shepherd looks at the man, obviously a yuppie, then looks at his peacefully grazing flock and calmly answers, "Sure. Why not?"
The yuppie parks his car, whips out his Dell notebook computer, connects it to his AT&T cell phone, surfs to a NASA page on the internet, where he calls up a GPS satellite navigation system to get an exact fix on his location which he then feeds to another NASA satellite that scans the area in an ultra-high-resolution photo. The young man then opens the digital photo in Adobe Photoshop and exports it to an image processing facility in Hamburg, Germany. Within seconds, he receives an email on his Palm Pilot that the image has been processed and the data stored. He then accesses a MS-SQL database through an ODBC connected Excel spreadsheet with hundreds of complex formulas. He uploads all of this data via an email on his Blackberry and, after a few minutes, receives a response. Finally, he prints out a full-color, 150-page report on his hi-tech, miniaturized HP LaserJet printer and finally turns to the shepherd and says, "You have exactly 1586 sheep."
"That's right. Well, I guess you can take one of my sheep." says the shepherd.
He watches the young man select one of the animals and looks on amused as the young man stuffs it into the trunk of his car. Then the shepherd says to the young man, "Hey, if I can tell you exactly what your business is, will you give me back my sheep?
"The young man thinks about it for a second and then says, "Okay, why not?"
"You're a consultant." says the shepherd. "Wow! That's correct," says the yuppie, "but how did you guess that?"
"No guessing required." answered the shepherd.
"You showed up here even though nobody called you; you want to get paid for an answer I already knew, to a question I never asked; and you don't know crap about my business. . . "
Now give me back my dog."

One a business owner has decided to take his or her home business opportunity online the first thing that's needed is a domain name. What's most important is coming up with a business site name that describes the business well enough so people have some idea what it's all about. The ideal would be that people interested in the type of services the particular home business opportunity offers and type the keywords online and the site pops up.
A business that offers online writing services would do well to have the name www.onlinewriting.com or perhaps www.writingfortheweb.com. Of course, the names could already be taken. While there are other choices like .net , .org, .biz and so forth this is generally not a good idea for building an online home business following. The reason is that if, for example, someone were to decide on using www.onlinewriting.net because onlinewriting.com was already taken most people who take a shot in the dark at guessing the site address will find the competition before they find the new home business opportunity online.
When taking the opportunity to market the home business online the entrepreneur should follow a few basic marketing rules. The first is to keep the URL short. A URL can be as long as 63 characters, but no one should have a business domain name that is anywhere near that long. The shorter the better when it comes to a business Web address. The second important item to remember is to keep it logical something people would naturally think of if possible.
The third rule of thumb for online home business marketing opportunities is to register every common variation of the business name. If the business is about cleaning widgets and the domain is www.cleaningwidgets.com, then it would be wise to also register www.cleanwidgets.com, www.widgetcleaners.com and perhaps even www.cleaningwidgets.net.
The last online home business rule, which increases the business' opportunity to be found online, is to register common misspellings of the company name. www.cleaningwigets.com might be a good idea or www.cleenwidgets.com and so forth.
There are several sites, such as register.com which would tell the entrepreneur which Web addresses are already taken. However, many businesses register domain names not to use them to build a site but in anticipation of someone wanting to use them and being able to sell them for a hefty profit. If there is a Web address that seems the ideal opportunity to market the home business online, the entrepreneur shouldn't give up. He or she would be wise to approach the owner and see what the asking price is.

Most people think the only way to make money is by selling their own products on the Web. This couldn't be further from the truth.
While it is a good idea to offer your own products, there are many other ways you can increase your profits using simple and effective tools. Here are my top ten suggestions for multiplying your online profits:
1. Always upsell customers. Do not rest when a customer buys a product from you. Instead offer them related products that will complement their order. These products can be your own or products you sell as an affiliate. You can offer them at a discount or promote them in a way that encourages your customers to buy more from you.
2. Offer your customers an incentive for referring others to you. This will multiply your sales as your customers refer you to others. One sale automatically becomes two, three or more.
3. Promote your affiliate program to paying customers. Offer people buying your products and services an opportunity to sell your products and earn a commission. This also turns one sale into several sales.
4. Follow up with all customers that order from you. Offer a personal thank you and then entice them to buy other products or join your affiliate program. You can do this over several weeks. Customers that join your affiliate program will make money for you.
5. Cross promote your products by offering your customer's packaged deals. They will feel they are getting more for their money.
6. Offer your customers something for nothing. Everyone wants a freebie. It doesn't have to be something big. It could be a free newsletter. It might be someone else's newsletter or a free mini-course.
7. Entice your customers with information marketing products. Audio and CD's do well. Offer them an MP3 video of your latest e-book.
8. Ask your customers for feedback. Offer them something in return. This could be as simple as giving away a free e-book if your customer fills out a short five-question survey. Then follow up with your customers with an email letting them know the results of the survey and promoting new products or services that reflect their feedback, wants, interests and needs.
9. Offer back-end products to your customers to encourage continuing sales.
10. Brand your products. Create a logo and brand name people are likely to remember. They will come to associate all your material with this brand or logo. Whenever they see the slogan or logo, they will think of you and naturally come back to you for more products or services.

in it.
1- How To Find Your Niche market?
First all of all, you have to follow your passion and your

Many of them work.
It is not likely that you will end up with the huge numbers generated by The Drudge Report but you can get traffic to your site. In fact I am doing that right now.
Piggy Backing.

Motivation and Self Help

There was an era when people were talking about how to create a website using html coding or some easy tools to create attractive website in seconds. Today we are a level up, and we seek how to promote our website so that, the actual purpose of selling products or services could be attained by bringing more target visitors to the website.
There are basically two ways of doing web promotion i.e. paid and un-paid. Paid marketing brings quick results to the website whereas unpaid marketing brings slow response to the website but it is effective too. Now let's see how it works.
Before going into web promotion, first of all the website should be polished or SEO (Search engine optimization optimizing website for search engine robot to crawl or read the website easily) so that, the major search engine robots can visit the website and update our web content.
Now let us see how this is done.
Step 1: Ensure each of the pages has Title, Keywords and Description. Here is the code that can be copy paste to the header of the web-pages.
The coding above is a sample extracted from a small broadband website. The letters which is highlighted bold is the text that a site owner is required to input, the other texts are the coding that has to be placed as it is in header of a page.
Step 2: Once the title, keywords and description is done, the next step is to create a sitemap. Sitemap enables spider (spider : a robot from google, yahoo, altavista and other search engines that reads and store the content of the website in the search engine database) to read each and every page, see the example at: http://www.evision.com.pk/sitemap.html
These are some very basic steps, although there are many other steps like writing quality content, adding information and article to the website, etc which would bring good traffic to the website.
Step 3: Now after going through the above 2 steps the website is ready to get submitted to major search engines. Here are few links to submit the website for free in google, yahoo, dmoz and altavista
Once the site completes the above steps now there is a question that how to bring more traffic to the website. So as mentioned earlier, the 2 methods i.e. fast and paid method and slow but free method.
In fast promotional / paid method, keywords that people usually searched, for example to reach 1800flowers.com people would search for send flowers, send valentine flowers, etc in search engine, are listed and best of the listed are added to the yahoo, google and to other search engine accounts, these keywords are then placed on top when anyone search for it in the search engine. Each keyword starts at 10 cents per click and goes upwards. There are many other sites besides search engine, which offer paid advertisement solutions and they are good too for promoting the website. These are called paid advertisement.
Slow or free marketing is where a site can be promoted by maintaining the site as per marketing standards, for example site must have title, keywords and description; it must have relevant content originally written and not copied, it must have sitemap, it should also have article and news section that should be updated on regular basis, site should be submitted to various directories and search engines, and other relevant activities needs to be performed so that the site gets listed in search engine and acquire top position in search results.

Perhaps you've been told that you were denied credit because of an "insufficient credit file" or "no credit file" and you have accounts with creditors that don't appear in your credit file, just ask the credit reporting agency to add this information in future reports.
Your credit file may not always reflect all your credit accounts. Although most national department store and all-purpose bank credit card accounts will be included in your file, not all creditors supply information to credit bureaus: Some gasoline card companies, local retailers, travel, entertainment, and credit unions are some of the creditors that often don't.
Many credit bureaus will add verifiable accounts for a fee, although they are not required to do so. However, be aware that if these creditors do not report to the credit bureau on a regular basis, the added items will not always be updated in your file.
Here's an Example:
Suppose you had bought a car from a dealer 5 years ago. And the cost for your car was $12,000.00, which you have paid off in 2 years. If you can show on your credit report the auto loan you've paid off, that can dramatically change your credit report. Therefore, what you can do is contact the car dealership and ask that your account be reported.
Or you can request a copy of your auto loan payment history to be mailed to you so you can mail it yourself to the credit bureaus. It's also important to ask yourself why a certain account was not reported on your credit report.
Usually it's because many small businesses avoid reporting to credit bureaus because it cost businesses money to report your payment history to credit bureaus every month. To put it simply, every business who wants to report their clients account payment history will have to subscribe to these credit bureaus and the subscription cost the business money.
Here is a sample Letter to Add Positive Information to Your Credit Record
Date
Credit Bureau Name
Address
City, State Zip
To Whom It May Concern:
After receiving my recent credit report from your company, I noted that my credit report does not include information that I know is vital to providing a complete picture of me as a credit using consumer.
Therefore, I request that you add the following account details on my credit file.
Creditor:

Account Type:
Date Opened:
Credit Limit:
Current Balance: (If it's an open account)
If there is any fee for this service or for any additional information you might need from me, you can reach me at (your phone number).
Thank you in advance for your kind assistance.
Sincerely,

You have probably heard of the popular Body Mass Indexing system
or BMI as most people call it. BMI uses the relationship between
your weight and height in order to measure your overall health.
Basically short and fat means a high BMI while tall and thin
translates into a low BMI.
Body Mass Indexing is supposed to tell you if you are normal,
overweight, or obese, with high BMI's being linked to cancer,
heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure.
While having a high BMI may be something to be concerned about
if you are an average run of the mill couch potato. An athlete
or bodybuilders results are going to be misleading because Body
Mass Indexing does not take into account everybody's specific
body composition.
Body composition being a comparison between your lean body mass
(muscles, bones and organs) and your fat mass.
For example;
Recently I needed to find out what my body composition was in
order to begin preparing for my next bodybuilding contest. It
turned out that I weighed in at 195 lbs with a 12% body fat level.
12% as you will see below is quite healthy, but being only 5 feet
11 inches tall, according to the Body Mass Indexing system, I am
considered overweight. The BMI system measures height versus
weight without taking into account how much of that weight is
muscle and how much of it is fat.
So how do we measure our exact body composition and avoid the
erroneous and out of date BMI system? Well there are several
different methods which are available to test your body fat level.
Body Composition Tests
------------------------------
1. DEXA ( Dual Energy X-Ray Absoptimetry)
2. Near Infrared Interactance
3. Hydrostatic Weighing
4. BOD POD
5. BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis)
6. Skin Fold Calipers
The two body fat tests which can be conducted in the privacy of
your own home are BIA and the Skin Fold test. The other ones
tend to be too expensive and inconvenient for most people.
A BIA will measure your body fat by sending a low level
electrical current through your body and because muscle conducts
electricity whereas fat does not, the machine is then able to
give you a body fat reading. Be careful though if you decide to
use one of these items. The formula that this machine uses is
partly based on your body's water balance. In general, humans
are composed of about the same percentage of water but if your
body is holding more or has less water than "average" your
results will be inaccurate.
Skin fold calipers are one of the most cost efficient and
effective ways to measure body fat. A skin fold caliper is
used to measure the amount of fat between your skin and muscle.
When using skin fold calipers measurements are calculated in
millimeters and then a formula is used to calculate that into
your body fat percent. You will need to go somewhere that does
skin fold tests, most gyms do, or purchase your own. I recommend
purchasing your own set. There are many different types of
calipers available, in a wide range of prices. However the set I
have at home only cost me about $20 and they work just as well
as the more expensive ones I have seen out there.
You can purchase calipers here
http://fitness-etcetra.com/
How To Do A Skin Fold Test
------------------------------------
1.Always do your skin fold tests on the right side of your body.
2.Conduct the test directly on your body and not with clothes
in the way.
3.While standing you must first find the 4 locations which you
need to test (below).
4.Firmly pinch the skin fold between your left index finger
and your thumb.
5.Pull the skin fold and underlying fat away from your body.
6.Using the calipers in your right hand, pinch the skin fold
about a ¼ of an inch away from your thumb and finger.
7.Test the same spot 3 times. If you get the same reading each
time then you are doing it properly, if your readings are slightly
different, take the average of all 3, and if they are really
different, then practice until you're numbers are close together.
8.Record these numbers in a book and use the following formula
to figure out your body fat level once you are done.
Body Fat Percentage Formula
-------------------------------------
MEN
[0.29288 X (sum of all 4 skin folds)] [0.0005 X (sum of all 4
skin folds)] + [0.15845 X age] 5.76377 = Body Fat %
WOMEN
[0.29669 X (sum of all 4 skin folds0] [0.00043 X (sum of all 4
skin folds)] + [0.02963 X age] + 1.407 = Body Fat %
AVERAGE BODY FAT LEVELS FOR MEN & WOMEN
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Age Men Women
----- -------- ----------
16 20 14 20 24 - 29
21-25 16 21 25 - 30
26-30 17 22 26 - 31
31-35 19 24 27 - 32
36-40 21 26 28 - 33
41-45 22 27 29 - 34
46-50 23 28 30 - 35
51-55 26 29 31 - 36
56+ 27 30 32 - 37
Remember, these are just averages. A typical bodybuilder
will keep their body fat levels below average. I tend to get
my body fat level down to between 3 and 6 % for my contests.
Most women I know come into their contests at around 8 or 9%.
Anything over and above these averages is considered being too
fat.
The 4 Locations You Need To Test
-------------------------------------------
1.The Umbilicus (stomach) 1 inch to the right of your
Belly button, pinch a vertical skin fold.
2.The Suprailiac (love handle) 1 inch straight up from your
hip bone, pinch a diagonal skin fold so that the fold points down
towards your left knee.
3.The Triceps half way between the shoulder and elbow joint,
in the middle of your arm, pinch a vertical skin fold (you will
need someone to do this one for you).
4.The Thigh half way between your knee and your hip bone,
on the outside thigh pinch a vertical skin fold.
Being able to test your body fat level on a regular basis will
allow you to know if your fitness efforts are really paying off
or not. Whereas just standing on a scale can be deceiving. You
may have lost 10 lbs, but was that 10 lbs fat or muscle? A scale
can't tell you this, nor can it tell you that you're becoming
more muscular even though you may be staying the same weight.
Any successful bodybuilder relies on taking a body fat test to
Measure their bodies progress more than they do jumping on a
scale.
