Blogging Can Be a Very Profitable Experience

Authored By Rebecca Beasley

First off..what is a blog and how does it work? A blog is a weblog, sort of like an online diary where you can post your ideas, come up with a new invention and have the date and time verified so you have proof it's yours, or you can write about whatever area of expertise you have on a particular subject then put it into syndication..search engines love good content! You can also make comments on other people's blogs and leave your links for all the world to see when THEY syndicate THEIR blogs.

ToddCanedy.com is teaching me a lot about this and it's helping to build my confidence and giving me a great way to get my sites noticed by everyone who visits TheCriticalChain.com.

I've also started visiting other people's blogs and feeding them into my reader. Then whenever I need some fresh and exciting content I can just go to my rss reader and pull it up and there it is.

If you're not a writer, this is the best thing for you too. You don't want to write the content..maybe your site looks like a link and banner farm. So you go around looking for good content to put on your pages. Here's what you can do. Go to a blog site like the ones I posted above and just start reading the posts. Leave some comments and let them know you're interested in what they have to say. Then by all means ask them to visit your site. Ask them to give you some feedback. Then use their feedback on your page!

Even if it's constructive criticism, it's still good. You can put their suggestions up and let your site visitors (and the person whose post your added) know that you are working to implement these suggestions. You've got yourself a mentor, and they have their content on your site, which helps to build their credibility and yours at the same time!

This is TRUE networking at it's best.

Don't deny the value of this. It's for real!

And it also boosts your search engine rankings if done the right way.

Don't start counting your money quite yet though. It will be a while before you notice a big change, but soon this will be the one thing you'll start doing regularly instead of sending out emails and getting spammed for your trouble or posting to forums where hackers hang out and giving them your information.

This is hassle free, hacker free and well..it's FREE.

And it works. Bottom line.
